At Kooduu, we create stylish, multifunctional lifestyle products that bring people together—from Bluetooth speaker lamps to design-forward home accessories. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Assistant and Customer Service superstar to help support our commercial activities—especially in our French and German-speaking markets.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the glue between our sales team and our customers making sure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a Kooduu touch.
Here’s a taste of your day-to-day:
- Following up on emails, inquiries, and new leads
- Calling prospects and checking in with existing customers
- Providing admin support for orders, quotes, and logistics
- Helping with follow-ups after campaigns or trade shows
- Answering customer service questions and turning issues into great experiences
- Occasionally joining us at trade shows or visiting clients
Who you are:
- You speak French and English fluently (bonus points for German!)
- You have 2+ years of experience in a commercial or customer support role
- You’re comfortable with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- You have a proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
- You live in the greater Haarlem/Amsterdam area (Randstad)
- You enjoy working independently, but also love being part of a small, dedicated team
- You’re solution-driven, flexible, and excited to jump into new opportunities (including occasional travel!)
