 Are you an energetic, proactive sales professional who loves connecting with people, supporting customers, and thriving in a fast-paced, international environment? Then we’d love to meet you!

At Kooduu, we create stylish, multifunctional lifestyle products that bring people together—from Bluetooth speaker lamps to design-forward home accessories. We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Assistant and Customer Service superstar to help support our commercial activities—especially in our French and German-speaking markets.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the glue between our sales team and our customers making sure everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a Kooduu touch.

Here’s a taste of your day-to-day:

  • Following up on emails, inquiries, and new leads
  • Calling prospects and checking in with existing customers
  • Providing admin support for orders, quotes, and logistics
  • Helping with follow-ups after campaigns or trade shows
  • Answering customer service questions and turning issues into great experiences
  • Occasionally joining us at trade shows or visiting clients

Who you are:

  • You speak French and English fluently (bonus points for German!)
  • You have 2+ years of experience in a commercial or customer support role
  • You’re comfortable with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You have a proactive, organized, and customer-focused mindset
  • You live in the greater Haarlem/Amsterdam area (Randstad)
  • You enjoy working independently, but also love being part of a small, dedicated team
  • You’re solution-driven, flexible, and excited to jump into new opportunities (including occasional travel!)
