Key Account Manager –Distributor Sales (EMEA)

Role Overview

Kooduu is a design-driven consumer electronics and lifestyle brand combining audio and lighting products. We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Key Account Manager – Distributor Sales (EMEA) to manage and expand our distributor network across the EMEA region.

This role is responsible for developing distributor partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding Kooduu’s retail presence through structured channel management. The Key Account Manager will serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned distributors and contribute to the company’s international growth.

Key Responsibilities

Distributor Management & Relationship Ownership

  • Manage Consumer Electronics distributor accounts across the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with distributor management and sales teams
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for distributor-related matters
  • Ensure alignment between distributor activities and Kooduu’s brand positioning and commercial strategy

Revenue Growth & Commercial Development

  • Drive revenue growth through structured sell-in planning, reorder management, and product portfolio expansion
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing distributor accounts
  • Support distributors in expanding retail presence and increasing market penetration
  • Monitor distributor performance and proactively identify growth opportunities

Channel Expansion & Distributor Onboarding

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors in strategic EMEA markets
  • Lead distributor onboarding, activation, and initial commercial planning
  • Ensure new distributors are effectively integrated and positioned for success
  • Contribute to regional channel expansion and market development

Forecasting, Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and order projections
  • Monitor sales trends, distributor inventory levels, and reorder cycles
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy
  • Provide regular performance updates and market insights to management

Commercial Execution & Internal Coordination

  • Support distributor retail presentations, product launches, and market roll-outs
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and management
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and channel trends
  • Ensure consistent execution of commercial plans

Success Criteria

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Consistent revenue growth across distributor accounts
  • Successful onboarding and activation of new distributors
  • Accurate forecasting and structured pipeline management
  • Expansion of retail presence across the EMEA region
  • Strong and reliable distributor relationships

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or distributor management within Consumer Electronics or a related industry
  • Experience managing distributors in international markets, preferably within EMEA
  • Proven ability to grow distributor relationships and revenue
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with audio products, lifestyle electronics, or design-oriented consumer products
  • Understanding of distributor-led retail channels and market expansion
  • Experience working in an international business environment
