Notice: Kooduu adheres to the laws and regulations concerning returns and withdrawals. The costs of returns fall under this matter. In the case of returning or exchanging a product without an issue within the 30-days withdrawal period, you will pay the shipping costs.
If the product has to be sent back to us because we shipped the wrong item, or due to a warranty issue, we will send you a pre-paid return-label.

Wrong Product Delivered
If we have accidentally sent you the wrong article and you have filled out your order correctly, we will help you get your order right as soon as possible.
If you did not receive your order due to any error on our part, you can choose between getting your money back or another product that we will send to you as soon as possible. This only applies if you filled out your order and address correctly.

Right of Withdrawal
If your item doesn’t fit or you are by any reason not satisfied with you purchase, you can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of the day on which you have placed your order, without giving any reason.
The items you want to return must be unused, clean, smoke free, and should be in its original packaging and returned complete. If your returned product has clear indications of use or is damaged, we have the right to recalculate the total amount of your refund. This means that you don't get the full price refunded when the product is used, dirty and/or damaged.
