Notice: Kooduu complies with Dutch laws and regulations regarding returns and refunds. The costs of returns are covered by this policy. If you return a product within the 30-day cancellation period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs (estimated at €9.95) to our warehouse in the Netherlands. We will deduct this cost (estimated at €9.95) from your refund.

For Example: You bought a Synergy for €159.00 and after 2 weeks you want to return the product because you are not satisfied, than you return the product and we deduct the costs for returning from your refund amount. In this case you will be refunded with € 159.00 -/- € 9.95 = € 149.05


If the product needs to be returned to us because we shipped the wrong item or because of a warranty issue, we will send you a free, prepaid return label at no additional charge. In either case, please notify us in advance of your return and have your order or invoice number ready so that we can process it immediately.

Wrong Product Delivered

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item and you filled out your order correctly, we will help you get your order corrected as soon as possible.

If you did not receive your order due to an error on our part, you can choose to have your money refunded or have another product sent to you as soon as possible. This only applies if you filled out your order and address correctly.

Right of Withdrawal

If your item doesn't fit or you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the date of your order without giving any reason.

The items you wish to return must be unused, clean, non-smoking, in their original packaging and complete with manual and accessories (plugs, cables, etc.). If your returned product shows clear signs of use or is damaged, we reserve the right to recalculate the total amount of your refund. This means that you won't get a full refund if the product is used, dirty, incomplete and/or damaged.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, the cost of returning the goods is at your own expense, but please let us know in advance so that we can assign you a case number to make the return and refund process easier for both you and us.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item back in our warehouse, we will inspect it for any damage, if the product is returned complete and/or any signs of wear and tear, and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive your refund within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

When your refund is processed, please be sure to check your statement for the payment method you used to make the purchase (credit card, paypal, or bank account).
